Conditions for Cancelling an Order

  • Before Order Processing: You can cancel your order any time before it is processed for shipment. Orders in “Pending” status are eligible for cancellation.
  • After Order Processing: Once your order is marked as “Processing” or “Shipped,” it cannot be canceled. However, you may follow our Refund Policy after receiving the item.

How to Cancel Your Order

  • Log in to your account on Swisse.com.bd.
  • Go to the My Orders section.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel and click Cancel Order.
  • If you face any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Prepaid Orders: If you paid online, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is required since payment is made upon delivery.

Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  • Customized or promotional items are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or wallet provider.
