  • Returns approved under our Returns & Exchanges Policy may be refunded after product inspection.
  • Products must meet all return conditions: unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • You will be notified via email or SMS once the refund is issued.

Refund Timelines

  • bKash / Nagad: Refunds are processed via wallet transfer or merchant reversal within 5–7 business days.
  • Card Payments: Refunds via Visa, MasterCard, or debit cards may take 7–10 business days based on your bank.
  • Bank Transfers: For approved refunds via bank, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Opened or used items unless received damaged or incorrect.
  • Products purchased during flash sales, bundles, or promotions unless defective.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not refunded unless prepaid through a return or complaint case.

Note: Swisse Bangladesh reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with our return policy. Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank clearance timelines.
