Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Swisse.com.bd, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process. Please read the full policy below for eligibility, conditions, and next steps.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for products that are used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing any parts or documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive goods (e.g., certain supplements, baby nutrition products) except where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
  • Personal care items once opened (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, hygiene products).
  • Items purchased under promotional, discount, or clearance offers where the product page clearly states “Non-returnable” or “Final sale”.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing your request.
  • If your preferred replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund for the eligible amount or select an alternative item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer).

Return Process

1. Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team via email or phone within the eligible return period to request a return or exchange authorization.
  • Provide your order number, contact details, reason for return, and any supporting documents (e.g., photos of damage, wrong item received).

2. Prepare the Item

  • Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original box or a suitable alternative to avoid damage during transit.
  • Include the original invoice or receipt and any free gifts received with the order, if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges where the product is correctly supplied and not defective, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Swisse Bangladesh will cover the return shipping cost. We will either arrange a free pickup or reimburse your reasonable return shipping expenses upon verification.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after our quality control team inspects and approves the returned product.
  • All eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Process

  • Contact our support team to initiate an exchange request and obtain confirmation of product availability.
  • For non-defective items, shipping costs for sending products back to us and receiving the replacement are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will dispatch the replacement product as quickly as possible and share the updated tracking details with you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or appears damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, product label, and any visible damage to help us investigate and resolve your issue quickly.
  • After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund as appropriate, in line with this policy and your preference where possible.

Note: Please inspect your package upon delivery and do not accept any parcel that appears severely damaged or tampered with. Processing returns or exchanges may take up to 14 business days during peak periods or special promotions.
